How about we teach our kids to be responsible instead of just buying them SAFE cars.

77. Everyone makes mistakes. When we were all younger we screwed up one way or another. I use to think I was cool street racing back in high school and I payed the price. We learn from the mistakes we make in life. People bashing this young man for making a mistake are jealous people. People who wish they could be successful in life but are too lazy to get off their arses.

78. Nick is young....and this is what young guys do. My son is 16...and he is always making racing sounds...wants this fancy car and wants to drag race etc....But I haven't let him get behind the wheel yet...he is too immature. Maybe 18 or 21 would be a better age to get your license. I did a lot of stupid things when I was young....at it was by the grace of God I didn't end up dead. I hope Nick and his friend will be ok. I love Hulk Hogan; hes the best.

88. I think, despite the comments, that most people posting here are hoping for the best for Nick and his friend. I think where the comments are coming from is knowing how spoiled both of Hulk's kids are and how little or no control the Hulk has over either of them.

I agree, why is a kid Nick's age driving a dangerous car like that, especially after he has already wrecked a Viper???!!! And Hulk must not have any control over Brooke. I saw his show one time when he was ranting and raving over her looking too sexy on a CD cover.....and then I see pictures of her performing and looking like a prostitute. Guess dad thinks that is the only way to sell CDs or get people to see her perform (I have heard she isn't very good).

Bottom line.....it makes me thankful I have such good kids. I do, however, wish for a complete and speedy recovery for Nick and his friend and strength for both families.

89. Nick is not dead and to state he is without any personal knowledge is just malice. I live in the area and we have a 24 hour local news channel and there has been no news report to suggest he has. If he were to God forbid die from his injuries, it would not be something that "would be held" until morning to announce. News doesn't work that way for fear someone else would broadcast the story first.

90. i hope we find out more info soon, i have seen too many bad crash;s like this turn out very very sad and i hope this isnt one of them , pray for them please, a parents worst night mare yes, very sad and very bad accident, just hope we hear more details soon, he loves going fast and doing crazy stuff, hope he tons down soon,
