332. I heard NICK got yet ANOTHER SPEEDING TICKET- JUST LAST WEEK.

He obviously has NOT learned anything from this accident. He should be charged and jailed for his disregard for human life. Hulk Hogan should also suspend his own sons driving priveledges for a YEAR until he grows up!!

333. Omg...! My prayers are with them.. I hope that everything will turn out ok.. It's so sad seeing someone that young have to go through that!! They should be careful, really careful.... I think that the laws should be more strict, so teens don't have all that freedom of racing through a busy street... They can kill someone!!!

Nick needs to be brought up on charges, along with his dad for turning a 17yr old inexperienced driver loose on the streets in that supra hes got, Ive seen that episode of hogan knows best or whatever it is when they talk about whats been done to that car, its far faster than stock. reckless driving, attempted vehicular homicide

337. I think alot of you people are too immature, just because he is famous what does that have to do with anything, im sure alot of you are teenagers and do the same thing. 338. Nick is the biggest POS ever.

Weeks before he was bragging about being pulled over 3 times in ten minutes and let go each time - SHAME ON THE POLICE - they are in part responsible for this; he should have lost his license five times over but because he's a "celebrity" he's let go.

Shame on Nick for driving like an ass and rendering his friend a vegetable for the rest of his life. Shame on his parents for letting him get away with murder and acting like he's a victim. Absolutely disgusting acts across the board...

He posted something like "it was only his head, the rest of him is fine" regarding the passenger he turned into a brain damaged vegetable. How naive can he, and this family be.

I hope the judge throws the book at this low life.

343. I HOPE THIS IS A LIFE LONG LESSON FOR NICK ABOUT STREET RACING. IT'S USUALLY INNOCENT PEOPLE THAT GET HURT IN THESE TYPE OF ACCIDENTS. HE SEEMS LIKE A GOOD KID THAT JUST MADE A BAD CHOICE. 344. I heard that his friend died and that is why the police were able to abtain a warrent. I dont think jail is an answer to the problem. If in fact it is true about his friend, then the punishment should be that Nick writes a check to the family of his friend for one dollar every week for the rest of his life. This will be a reminder to Nick of the importance of driving safe and dont drive if you've been drinking. My prayers go to all parties involved.
